Why does thin Gorilla Glass require special chemical-strengthening parameters?

Thin glass such as 1.0 mm Corning glass is more prone to warpage during chemical strengthening. It should therefore be strengthened separately using dedicated process parameters rather than being processed together with other glass materials.
