The first feature, the glass is very thick. We remembered that the customer’s requirement before was that it could not be broken by everyday things, which means it must have a certain protective function. So we chose the thickest thickness of the cover glass, and we used T4.0mm glass. It did not break even if it was smashed with 500 grams of 2 meters. While what the customer requested was no breakage 500 grams of 1.2 meters, so we fully met this requirement.

The second feature, it must be anti-UV. Everyone knows that this charger pile is mostly used outdoors. In this case, and how long can we guarantee the anti-UV timeliness, Gelivable guaranteed within two years! What we use is anti-UV property ink. During the period, the glasses are no yellowing, no degumming, no peeling off.

At that time, the customer was also concerned about an anti-UV energy efficiency of our product, while after we provided the customer with the testing report of 1300-hours of anti-UV ink. Which dispelled concerns。

In fact, it has been almost 3 years since the customer started mass production, and so far there is no problem of ink peeling and yellowing.

The third feature,most of the charger glass are with arcs, special-shaped ones. Maybe this is the aesthetic preference of European and American countries. Although this thickness processing is not difficult for us, but the glass of 4.0 belongs to architectural grade glass. There are many surface defects, so we still need to reprocess to ensure the surface quality.

In addition, in order to have a sense of value-added, some customers will need the surface treatment like AG treatment, AR treatment,AF treatment etc.
