Since it’s establishment, Kanou Technology always focus it’s attention on the middle and high-end market. What we supplied are high precision, high cost and high price products. Some of our products are even the core parts of our customers. For the customers of Kanou, material is one of the most important link except for the machining technology.

During the ten years of entrepreneurship process, our customers would often worries about the truth of our material. That is also the aftermath of long time dishonesty of Chinese manufacturers during their business. Of course there are some customers who only go after low price regardless of the quality. But for most customers, they want true material and high standard products. So false material would greatly damage the customer’s interests.

As the foundation of the industry, the material link is the most important and respected link in every manufacturing powerhouse, such as Germany, Japan and America and so on. They would like to spent large amounts of time and money on the research and development of the material. So material decides the development direction of the whole industry.

In China, the research and development of the material has attracted some attention, but limited by all kinds of aspects, parts of the material in middle and high-end markets can’t take the place of import material. On one hand, this pushed the development of the import trade, but on the other hand, the fake material get more chance to exist in various industries. This kind of phenomenon has left a very bad impression on the foreign customers so that they became more distrust about us. Kanou, as a customized manufacturer that always follow customers’ demands, has often been affected by the fake material and passively damaged our reputation.

Although there are various ways to test the truth of the material, but the cost for the expensive inspection equipment and the long test time would increase the cost of the products. If we can effectively manage it from the beginning, all these costs would not happen.The selling of imported Japanese material also has some good influence for the whole society:

1. We want to make our contribution to offer Chinese customers the true material, which can make more benefits for them;

2. We want to help our counterparts to buy the authentic Japanese imported raw material and thereafter improve the competitive power of Chinese machinery industry;

3. We want the Chinese material market to be more honest, we want more foreign customers to have confidence in Chinese machinery industry. It would only benefit our Kanou Technology.

4. We want Chinese machinery suppliers have better access to the Japanese advanced material and face the technological gap between China and foreign countries, thereby avoid working behind closed doors.

Personally there are three advantages for Kanou.

1. We can change JPY into CNY by buying goods from Japan and therefor increase the cash flow of Shenzhen Kanou(according to the present operation construction, the Precision Machining Department has the trend to go into a difficult situation with CNY. We need CNY to pay for our salary, welfare and our costs).

2. We can improve the ability of Precision Machining Department to self-support the special material, and the ability to give suggestions on some special cases, for example, we can suggest our customers to change a more suitable material.

3. Sometimes our customers may distrust the material we use and also, we have the experience of using the wrong material. By this chance, we can solve this kind of problems. Buy materials all by ourselves, we can give our customers more confidence and maybe this can become a new selling point.

Of course, the selling of imported material is not our main field of business. I totally disagree on putting most of our energy on this. All we need to do now is to begin accumulate from every little aspects and details, to put this into our mind and find the chance to tell our suppliers, our customers and people around us. We need to collect the questions we met and find a proper position for us. This is just like to plant a seed, I believe one day, this seed can grow to be one of our powerful support（For example, only Kanou can use some kind of material to make certain products for you）.

All together, I just have one requirement: you need to take actions. If the outcome turns out to be good, we can share the achievements together; if not, I will take the responsibility all by myself.
