2. Dual-Axis CNC Precision Machining

  • Our dual-axis CNC equipment is capable of beveling, chamfering, drilling, slotting, and custom profile fabrication.

  • Beveling: Supports C-edge, R-edge, and 2.5D curved edges.

  • Chamfering: Handles C-angle, R-angle, and complex chamfers with a minimum tolerance of ±0.05mm.

  • Drilling & Slotting: Enables high-precision hole drilling and slot cutting on glass, delivering efficiency and accuracy to meet diverse machining requirements.

3. Ultrasonic Cleaning

Each glass piece undergoes a 10-stage purified water ultrasonic cleaning process, thoroughly removing oil stains, dirt, and chemical residues from the surface. This multi-stage purification ensures optimal cleanliness, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing and defining the final product quality.

4. Chemical Strengthening

Through a precise controlled process comprising 2-hour preheating, 4-hour chemical strengthening, and 4-hour cooling, we apply stringent parameters to treat both soda-lime glass and high-alumina silicate glass. Post-treatment results demonstrate:

Soda-lime glass:

· Surface compressive stress (CS) >450 MPa

· Depth of layer (DOL) >8 μm

High-alumina silicate glass:

· Surface compressive stress (CS) >650 MPa

· Depth of layer (DOL) >40μm

The process delivers remarkable performance enhancement, achieving up to IK08 drop-ball impact resistance standard for exceptional durability.

5. Physical Strengthening (Thermal Tempering)

Our physical strengthening process is suitable for glass with 2.0mm and greater thickness. Through advanced treatment technology, the tempered glass achieves:

Fragmentation control: When shattered, generates >40 fragments within a 50×50mm area, all in blunt-angle morphology, effectively eliminating sharp debris hazards.

Small-size compatibility: Capable of tempering glass as small as 75×75mm, maintaining high performance standards.

6. Printing Process

Utilizing fully automatic printing equipment, and with 80% of inks from Seiko (Japan) High-Performance series, we achieve:

Precision multi-layer registration for complex patterns (10+ layers)

Specialized ink compatibility:

High-temperature ceramic inks

IR (infrared) inks

Metallic inks

Outdoor-grade UV-resistant inks (1,250+ hours accelerated weathering test) ensuring:

Zero fading/discoloration

Superior adhesion under prolonged sun/rain exposure

7. Printing Curing & Baking

Our facility features dual-mode curing systems—flatbed UV curing units and professional convection ovens—enabling:

Precision temperature control to activate physic-chemical bonding between inks and glass substrates

Enhanced adhesion through optimized thermal reaction parameters

Post-curing QC:

100% of products undergo 4B Cross-Cut Test (ASTM D3359) to verify:

Ink adhesion strength ≥4B (<5% detachment)

8. Adhesive & Film Lamination

Capable of handling various double-sided films, explosion-proof films, heat-insulating films, and AB adhesive materials.

9. Final Inspection

All glass products undergo:
